By submitting photographs and videos, including high-resolution files if requested, you grant Condé Nast a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, and distribute the submitted materials on the PhotoVogue platform, across Condé Nast's print and digital publications, and in connection with the promotion and presentation of the Open Call.

This includes, but is not limited to, exhibitions, editorial features, social media, and the potential inclusion in publications such as books or catalogues related to the Open Call.

The author retains full copyright of their work.

The curators of PhotoVogue reserve the right to determine the presentation of the selected works, including layout, size, editing, and materials, across both digital and physical formats.
