About

The grants are open to all professionals working with photography, including photographers, artists, curators, researchers, and writers.

  • Applications can be submitted by individuals or groups.
  • The grants are international.
  • Two grants of SEK 100,000 each will be awarded.
  • Digital dummies required.

The Hasselblad Foundation was established by Erna and Victor Hasselblad in 1979 with the aim of supporting research and academic teaching in the natural sciences and photography. This is achieved by awarding grants and stipends to the natural sciences and photography, the prestigious Hasselblad Award and stipends and grants to research projects in photography.

How to enter

  • There is no need to send us a physical copy of your photobook dummy, we only accept pdfs (maximum 100 mb).
  • Enter your unpublished, self-published, digitally published or produced by print-on-demand, e.g. blurb. photobook pdf.
  • Upload the cover or a photo of the physical dummy as JPG on the upload section
