1. Rights of use and copyright for the exhibition and the festival in Munich
The artist(s) grant(s) FOTODOKS the non-exclusive right to use the exhibits for the catalogue and exhibition. The non-exclusive usage right is limited in time, space and content in connection with the exhibition and includes the following usage in detail:

1.1. exhibition of the artwork(s)
1.2. usage within the exhibition catalogue
1.3. usage in print and online / social media for PR purposes
1.4. usage for FOTODOKS publicity and marketing (posters, flyers, website

2. Permissions of usage of images for purpose „Fotografen Archiv"
The artist(s) grant(s) FOTODOKS the unlimited simple usage right (time, space, content), for the reproduction and distribution of a mutually agreed selection of his / her / their exhibits for the so called "Fotografen Archiv" on the FOTODOKS website.

3. Supply of images files
The artist(s) provide(s) high resolution reproductions for the purposes mentioned under point IV.1. The reproductions are in final quality and will not be retouched, cropped or modified in any way by FOTODOKS.

4. Third-party rights
The artist(s) guarantees that he / she / they is / are the owner of the image rights and is authorized to sublicense or transfer these rights to FOTODOKS. The artist(s) guarantee(s) that his / her / their artwork(s) are free of third-party rights, in particular copyright and personal rights, which impede or restrict the use of rights granted.

Each artist receives 5 copies of the printed exhibition catalogue.
