These guidelines define the terms and conditions for participating in the Call for Entries for the Revela’t Festival 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Call").
The Call is organized by the Associació Fotogràfica EspaiFoto. C/Riera de Targa 47, 1st floor, 08339, Vilassar de Dalt, Spain.
Participation in the Call requires a registration fee.
The objective of the Call is to select three projects that will be exhibited at the Revela’t 2025 Festival of Contemporary Analog Photography.
Photographers of any nationality, origin, or place of residence, engaged in both chemical and analog photography, are eligible to apply.
The theme for this year is "I’ve seen things you people wouldn’t believe…" and the submitted projects should have some connection to it.
Each submitted project counts as one entry. Each photographer can submit more than one entry.
Projects authored by duos or collectives can also be submitted.
The works included in the project must be the original creation of the person(s) presenting them in the case of duos and collectives. Under no circumstances can they infringe upon third-party rights.
Each participant in the Call agrees that the Organizer may use their email address for informational purposes (Newsletter).
Project Submission:
Projects must be submitted by November 10, 2024.
Projects should be submitted through PICTER, the link is provided on the website www.revelatfestival.com.
The participant must follow the registration process according to the website's form. The information related to the participant and their project included in the form should be as accurate as possible.
The fee to submit a project to the Call is €10 for Revela’t Friends and €20 for the general public.
The participant has the right to receive an invoice with VAT, they should send the necessary data via email to espaifotografic@gmail.com.
The deadline for submissions is November 10, 2024.

The Jury's decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
The Jury is not obliged to justify its decisions or provide information about the deliberation process.
It is highly recommended to submit projects in English, so they can be properly assessed by the international jury. They can also be submitted in Spanish/Catalan or French, but in these cases, an automatic translation will be used.
1st prize: €1,500 (subject to taxes)
2nd prize: €1,000 (subject to taxes)
3rd prize: €500 (subject to taxes)
All Participants
Three projects will be selected by the Jury. Other authors who have achieved a good score may be contacted by the Organization for the opportunity to exhibit at the Festival. In this case, the production or transportation costs of the project will not be covered by the Organization.
The Organizer does not foresee any additional remuneration related to the exhibition organization.
The production and transportation of the winning projects will be decided by the Organization, and their decision will be final. The Organization typically collaborates in the production process, and the value of the collaboration will be considered.
The Organization reserves the right to decide on the lab, printing press, or transportation chosen for the winning projects.
The projects produced by Revela’t will become part of the festival's itinerant catalog for 2 years. The works will have the opportunity to travel to other galleries and festivals with a fee established through mutual agreement between the author and the Organization.
Authors will have the opportunity to sell their artwork at the festival. Only the work to be exhibited at Revela’T 2025 can be sold. The Organization will charge a 30% administration and management fee for already produced works and a 40% fee for productions made by the festival.
Winners will have one night of accommodation covered in a host family or hotel. This night will be during the Main Weekend of the festival in June 2025.
Submissions that do not comply with the requirements will not be considered, and the Call entry fee will not be refunded. Please read the selection criteria before applying.
Announcements and information related to the Call will be published on our social media (instagram: revelatfestival) and through our newsletter and website (revelatfestival.com).

The Organizer reserves the right to stop, change, or extend the Call.
The Organizer has the right to cancel the Call without giving any reason and to not select any winners. In this case, the entry fee will be refunded.
Individuals who do not meet any of the requirements established in these guidelines or provide false information will be automatically eliminated from the Call.
Participation in the Call (project submission) implies acceptance of the content of these guidelines.
In accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and Organic Law 15/1999 on Data Protection (LOPD), the Associació Fotogràfica Espaifoto guarantees the security and confidentiality of the personal data provided in this entry. The user is informed and gives consent for their data to be included in the automated files held by the Associació Fotogràfica Espaifoto and for their automated processing, in order to send news of interest about its activities. In any case, the Associació Fotogràfica Espaifoto ensures the exercise of the rights established by current legislation. Revela’T Festival reserves the right to cancel scheduled exhibitions or events if it is perceived that the application has, in any way, discredited the Festival. If, for any reason, the selected applicant cannot exhibit as planned, they must notify Festival Revela’t at least 2 months in advance before the launch of the Festival in June 2023, whenever possible.
The Organization reserves the right to address any unforeseen circumstances not covered in these guidelines, as well as make changes to the planned program due to force majeure.
