Hannah Watson is the Director of contemporary art gallery TJ Boulting and independent publisher Trolley Books. TJ Boulting’s programme represents emerging and mid-career contemporary artists across all mediums including Poulomi Basu, Juno Calypso, Maisie Cousins and Haley Morris-Cafiero. Trolley Books publishes a diverse range of award-winning titles across contemporary art and photography. Most recently Andi Galdi Vinko’s book Sorry I Gave Birth I Disappeared But Now I’m Back was awarded the prestigious Kraszna-Krausz Photography Book Award. Hannah is also chair of the committee for The Photographers’ Gallery Associate Patrons and a board member for the Artists’ Collecting Society. Previously she was chair of The Fitzrovia Chapel and curated their exhibitions of Leigh Bowery, Caroline Walker and Lee Miller.
Short Bio Sunil Gupta is a British/Canadian citizen, (b. New Delhi 1953) MA (RCA) PhD (Westminster) who lives in London and has been involved with independent photography as a critical practice for many years focusing on race, migration and queer issues. A retrospective was shown at The Photographers’ Gallery, London (2020/21) and The Image Center, Toronto. He is a Professorial Fellow at UCA, Farnham. His latest books are “We Were Here: Sexuality, Photography, and Cultural Difference, Selected Writings by Sunil Gupta”, Aperture New York 2022 and “Come Out”, Stanley Barker 2023. His work is in many private and public collections including; the Tokyo Museum of Photography, Philadelphia Museum of Art, Royal Ontario Museum, Tate, Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Modern Art. His work is represented by Hales Gallery (New York, London), Materià Gallery (Rome), Stephen Bulger Gallery (Toronto) and Vadehra Art Gallery (New Delhi).
Pelumi Odubanjo is a curator, writer, and researcher based between London and Glasgow. Pelumi works with photographic archives, artists and cultural artefacts to create and explore dialogues across global Black diasporas and geographies. She is currently the ICF's (International Curator's Forum) Ten.8 Research & Curatorial.
Alex Schneideman is a photographer, curator and Director of Flow Photographic Lab and Gallery in London. Alex was Artistic Director of Photo Oxford 2023 edition. He has published three books; Want More (Art Books), Art London (ACC artbooks) and Pictures from the Garden (including work by Vanessa Winship, Sian Davey, Jem Southam and others (Dewi Lewis). His work his held in institutional collections including; British Library, Bodleian Library, University of Washington, Miami University, Berkely University, Museum of the Book, The Hague.His photography and writing has also been published in various magazines including BJP, B+W, The Guardian, Independent, Times, Jewish Chronicle and the Irish Times. He has curated shows including the work of VDeanna Dikeman, Matthew Finn, Ian Macdonald, Paddy Summerfield Vanessa Winship, Jem Southam and Sian Davey. Alex is currently curating a retrospective at the Bodleian Library of the work of Paddy Summerfield.
Dr. Taous Dahmani (she/her) is a London-based French, British and Algerian art historian, writer and curator specializing in photography. Dahmani curated the 2022 Louis Roederer Discovery Award at Les Rencontres d’Arles in France. In October 2024, she curated two themed group exhibitions at the Jaou Photo Biennale in Tunis, Tunisia. The following month, she unveiled a solo exhibition of SMITH at NOUA in Bodø, Norway. For FEP, she is curating ‘Anastasia Samoylova: Adaptation’ at the Saatchi Gallery. Her writing is featured in photobooks published by Loose Joints, Textuel, Tate Publishing and Chose Commune, as well as in magazines like The British Journal of Photography, FOAM, GQ, Aperture, Camera Austria, 1000 Words Magazine. She is the associate editor of the award winning book Shining Lights. Black women Photographers in 1980’s-90’s Britain (MACK/Autograph ABP, 2024). She joined LCC (UAL) as an Associate Lecturer in January 2023.
James Dwyer is Director of Michael Hoppen Gallery, one of Europe's most highly regarded photography galleries. Having studied photography at the University of the West England, Bristol, James entered the gallery world in 2010 and now specialises in advising private collectors and institutions globally, placing both vintage and contemporary photographs in their collections. Alongside the team at the gallery, James works closely with many of the photographers the gallery represents including Siân Davey, Tim Walker, Eamonn Doyle and Sarah Moon.
Antonia Blocker is a writer and curator interested in artists who create in disruptive, imaginative and expansive ways, and who are not well supported by traditional exhibition structures. She is currently Acting Head of Exhibitions at Modern Art Oxford. Prior to this, she was a senior curator at the Zabludowicz Collection, Here Blocker commissioned projects by Lu Yang, Tianzhuo Chen, Trulee Hall and Fani Parali, among others. She has held curatorial positions at Whitechapel Gallery, ICA and Serpentine Galleries and has curated projects at Gasworks and The Showroom. Internationally, she has curated projects at LOOP Barcelona, and taken part in discussions at Performance Affair in Brussels. Most recently her writing has been published in Art Monthly and on the Performance Art Museum website. She was a trustee for over a decade at Lighthouse in Brighton and currently at Stanley Arts in Croydon.
