About

The Nikon Fotobus Grant supports photographers who are either enrolled in a full-time university program in Germany, Austria or Switzerland or are not older than 30 years and reside in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Funding is provided for the creation of a photographic project. All genres of photography are welcome. Application is free of charge.

What winners receive

Three project grants are awarded:

• 1st grant: 5,000 euros and a Nikon Z f + 40 SE
• 2nd grant: 3,000 euros and a Nikon Z f + 40 SE
• 3rd grant: 2,000 euros and a Nikon Z f + 40 SE

About the Fotobus Society

The Fotobus is a cultural, social and academic project serving all students of photography, design, film, art or media. Excursions and research trips to regional, national, and international destinations are offered using the Fotobus — a 32-seat historic coach. The Fotobus Society was founded in 2018 and is now the largest student photography network in the world, with over 1,200 members studying at more than 30 different universities worldwide.
