About Call

Street Fashion. To be interpreted as you choose. Images must be taken outdoors, or in public spaces. Images from commercial fashion projects are not eligible.

What winners receive

One selected photographer will receive an estate-stamped 20 x 24" print from Martin Parr's iconic series, The Last Resort. They will also have their image included in the Martin Parr Foundation archive collection, exhibited in the gallery window and featured on the MPF website and social media channels.

There will also be several runner's-up prizes consisting of Martin Parr merchandise and photobook bundles from the Foundation shop.

About the Martin Parr Foundation

The Martin Parr Foundation is a charity founded by the renowned British documentary photographer Martin Parr. The Foundation building in Bristol, UK, houses a free gallery, working studio, library of 6000+ photobooks, a photographic archive and bookshop.

Membership contributions support emerging and overlooked photographers, preserve the legacy of British and Irish photography and make these works accessible to the public.

How to Enter

Submission costs £10 for up to 3 images. Price of entry also includes a digital membership to the Martin Parr Foundation for one year.

Entry is free for full members of the Martin Parr Foundation - a voucher code will be distributed via your MPF newsletter.

Judging Criteria

Applicants can submit up to 3 images. Work should be made this summer. Submissions will be judged by Niall McDiarmid and the Martin Parr Foundation team.
