ALIA SORAYA
ALIA SORAYA

Alia Soraya is a fashion lecturer and the founding editor of Mulazine Magazine, and renowned for her multifaceted achievements in the creative industry. Her short film, recognized and shortlisted at the Aesthetica Film Festival in York, UK, in 2019, highlights her storytelling prowess. Alia has delivered insightful talks on platforms such as BFM Radio and Telekom. In 2022, she authored a notable paper on '60s subculture and feminism in Malaysia for the IPOH symposium. A first-class honors graduate in BA Fashion Photography from the London College of Fashion, Alia has also made significant contributions by adjudicating the WSPD Poster Challenge for the Ministry of Health Malaysia and NYAWA Org. Her diverse roles showcase her exceptional attention to detail and her ability to excel in multiple capacities within the fashion and creative sectors.

EIFFEL CHONG
EIFFEL CHONG

Eiffel Chong graduated with an MA in International Contemporary Art and Design Practice from the University of East London and a BA (Hons) in Photography from London College of Communication. Besides his production of photographic work, Chong is highly engaged with the Malaysian photographic community; taking on the role of mentor for the Malaysian Pixel Shooting Stars programme and Exposure+ Workshop. In addition, he has been appointed to the panel of judges for various photography competitions such as the Kuala Lumpur Photoawards 2016 and 2017 Annual Nikon Photo Awards, Malaysia. He is also an academician with Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology. Eiffel’s work considers abstract concepts of life and death through the banal details, silent landscapes and curious obsessions he observes from daily life. He is interested in how the photographic medium can translate a particular time and space, memories and thoughts into something permanent. He personally thinks that the images say more with less, and makes one just want to stare and think about it.

SARAH CHOO JING
SARAH CHOO JING

Sarah Choo Jing (b.1990, Singapore) is known for her interdisciplinary approach to photography, video and installation. Her work depicts identifiable moments and characters within contemporary urban society suggesting a plethora of private and often solitary narratives. The artist is concerned with the gaze of the flaneur, voyeurism and the uncanny. Choo lives and works in Singapore since completing her MFA at the Slade School of Art in London, in the Summer of 2015. She recently clinched the 3D Interactive award for the The Lumen Prize for Art and Technology 2021, and was shortlisted as a Finalist for the Audemars Piguet Art Commission for Art Basel 2020 and invited to present her practice at Le Brassus, Geneva in Switzerland. She received the Gold Award in the 2019 PX3 Prix de la Photographie Competition, the 2017 Perspectives 40 under 40 Award and came in First Place in the 2015 Moscow International Foto Awards. Choo was also awarded the ICON De Martell Cordon Bleu Photography Award and Kwek Leng Joo Prize of Excellence in Still Photography Award in 2013. Sarah has since exhibited internationally at The Asian Art Museum in San Francisco (2023), Turku Art Museum in Helsinki (2019), National Museum of Singapore (2017), Busan Museum of Art in Korea (2016), ArtParis at The Grand Palais in Paris (2015), the START Art Fair at The Saatchi Gallery in London (2015) and Photo London at The Somerset House in London (2015). Her works are collected by both private individuals and public institutions; including the Chrysler Museum of Art, Singapore Art Museum, National Museum of Singapore and The Arts Club Permanent Art Collection in London.

SUPRANAV DASH
SUPRANAV DASH

Supranav Dash currently shuttles between his hometown Kolkata, India and New York City. His work examines the themes of identity, gender, sexuality, displacement, and caste-class divide within the global socio-economic and political landscape. Supranav is a 2016 NYFA Fellow in Photography and an EAW XXVI Alumni. He has been internationally exhibited and his portraits have won places in prestigious photo competitions. Dash has contributed to, and his projects have been featured in TIME, The New Yorker, WIRED, Vogue Italia, National Geographic, GEO France, Harper’s US, Huffington Post, The Smithsonian, American Photo, Fast Company-Design, Lens Culture, SDN, GUP magazine, Ojodepez magazine, among others.

WAWI NAVARROZA
WAWI NAVARROZA

Wawi Navarroza is a Filipino contemporary artist known for her works in photography, actively exhibiting in galleries and museums in the Philippines and internationally. She has exhibited widely in the Philippines and internationally, including the National Museum of the Philippines, Metropolitan Museum of Manila, Singapore Art Museum 8Q, Hangaram Museum (Korea), National Museum of Fine Arts (Taiwan), Yogyakarta National Museum (Indonesia), Fries Museum of Contemporary Art & Museum Belvedere (Netherlands), Danubiana Museum (Slovakia), and in galleries in Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Laos, Cambodia, London, Spain, Italy, and Russia; with continued participation in international photography festivals and art fairs such as Art Basel HK. As an educator, she gives periodic workshops and is a recognized speaker at photography talks, reviews, and conferences in the Philippines and abroad. Navarroza is a graduate of Communications Arts at De La Salle University, Manila. Shortly after, she received continuing education at the International Center of Photography in New York City with a Fellowship Grant from the Asian Cultural Council. For a few years, she was based in Spain where she finished her Masters in Contemporary Photography (Master Europeo de Fotografía de Autor) awarded by Instituto Europeo di Design in Madrid.

LUZ MARIA OSORIO
LUZ MARIA OSORIO

Luz María Osorio studied Fine Arts, holds a degree in Languages, and is a Museologist. As Director of art galleries, she closely collaborated with collectors and contemporary artists, participating in various international fairs such as Art Miami, Estampa Madrid, and Scope London. Luz Osorio started her art career as the Coordinator of Collectors at the ARCO Contemporary Art Fair in Madrid. She was a jury at the Colombia Biennial of Photography 2022 and the Biennial of Art, Costa Rica 2022. Currently, she teaches online: Photography in the Art Market at the Colombia University UdeA, and works at the Art Auction house Christie's in London.
