TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE HASSELBLAD FOUNDATION

By agreeing to the Hasselblad Foundation Terms and Conditions for the Open Call 2025 process, the agreement is between yourself (the "Photographer") and the non-profit organization Hasselblad Foundation, who's registered address is: Hasselblad Foundation, Ekmansgatan 8, 412 56 Göteborg, Sweden. The Hasselblad Foundation Terms and Conditions are additional to the Terms and Conditions of the software provider Picter, which can be viewed here: https://www.picter.com/legal/terms/

By submitting photos to the Hasselblad Foundation Fotosalong 2025 process, the Photographer hereby agrees to the following:

1. The Photographer has the copyright for the images submitted to the call.

2. During the exhibition period, which will run from May 23 - September 28, 2025, the Hasselblad Foundation has the right to exhibit the photographer's work publicly.

3. The Hasselblad Foundation reserves the right to use any images provided during 2025 to promote the Open Call and the Hasselblad Foundation Fotosalong 2025.

4. The exhibition will be produced, curated and installed by the Hasselblad Foundation staff.

5. The Hasselblad Foundation and Picter will not publish, share or redistribute any of the work to any individuals or organisations external to us for the duration of the submission process, or post-submission process.

6. Submissions before or after the submission period will not be taken into consideration.

7. Unfortunately, it is not possible to give individual feedback to applicants who are not selected for the exhibition due to the fact we receive several hundred submissions each year.
