By submitting your works to the competition, you, the participant, consent to the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) Agreement:
All entries must be accompanied with a signed photo licence agreement.
The license permits UNESCO and Onewater to share, i.e. to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format, and to adapt, i.e. to remix, transform, and process, each entry to the photo contest.
In distributing the submitted work/s of any contestant, Onewater and its partners are obliged to accredit the original photographer/s, to provide a link to the license, and to indicate whether the photography has been altered.
Submissions may be submitted by an individual or an organization. They must be the original work of the participant or organization.
Use of AI generated images is not permitted.
No more than one (1) prize will be awarded per participant.
Everyone can participate. The contest is a safe space for everyone from 0-99 years old. If you're under 18, please get your parents or a guardian to sign the license.
Submissions must not plagiarize or violate any intellectual property rights.
As a participant you acknowledge and agree that your entry may be promoted by the organizers on their website(s) and/or in various media (including via paper, data and digital media) at the organizer's discretion.
Judges will agree to a statement of no conflict of interest.
Judges' scores will not be shared with participants at any time.
The winners will be required to provide their first and last name, mailing address, phone number and bank account information to the Organizer within 72 hours of notification.
