WOA reserves the right to change or alter the program advertised (tutors changes, offline/online workshop).

All photographers are expected to bring in their own gear.

All application materials and personal data will remain confidential, and to the discretion of WOA.

By submitting to their application, the participant ensures that they are the holder of all the copyrights of the materials submitted.

The participants agreed to be featured on the WOA and the LOUD>SOCIETY website page after the workshop. They will remain the owner of the copyright of all of their submitted materials.
