Ojārs Jansons (born 1962) is a prominent Latvian photographer and educator, known for his significant contributions to Latvian photography. He is recognized for his work reflecting Latvian culture and society, and has participated in various exhibitions and projects. Apart from his artistic career, Jansons is an active teacher, sharing his expertise with aspiring photographers. His work continues to inspire both professionals and photography enthusiasts in Latvia and beyond.

Since 1977, he has worked as a staff photographer for various press publications, currently at the newspaper Diena. He has been repeatedly recognized as the best press photographer in Latvia. In 1992, he was nominated for the Fox Talbot Award in the United Kingdom. He has served as the accredited and official photographer for numerous official events and state visits. Alongside his work in the press, he creates personal photo projects, which have been showcased in several solo exhibitions. His photographs are part of collections at the Latvian National Museum of Art, the British Museum, the Latvian Museum of Photography, the Musée d'Élysée in Lausanne, Switzerland, and many private collections. He is the author of one photo album and a co-author of many albums and illustrated publications. His closest focus is social photography, creating subjective photo documents. He is a recipient of the Officer's Cross of the Three Stars Order.

Andrejs (born 1984) is a Latvian photographer who works on documentary photography projects, as well as capturing the local environment and working with found archives.He graduated from the Graphic Arts Department of the Art Academy of Latvia and studied photography at the ISSP Summer School. He was also a participant in the year-long masterclass of the legendary photography group Sputnik Photos and took part in The Joop Swart Masterclass in the Netherlands.Since 2009, he has been actively participating in group exhibitions and organizing solo exhibitions both in Latvia and abroad. In addition to documentary photography, Andrejs also works on reportage, portrait photography, and commissioned projects. He is frequently invited to document the filmmaking process in Latvia.In 2022, he began his master's studies in cinematography at the National Film School of the Latvian Academy of Culture. He has a particular interest in documentary filmmaking.
