Carissa Potter is a human longing for connection. She writes books, makes art and public commissions, and hosts the series Bad at Keeping Secrets (one of Substack’s featured newsletters of 2022) where she talks to other humans doing really interesting things. Carissa is the founder of the stationery and gift line People I’ve Loved. She is the author of four books including Breath Through It and It’s Ok to Feel Things Deeply. And she was one of Ad Age’s 24 Most Inspiring People of 2021. She lives in Oakland, California with her partner & daughter and is working on accepting people as they are with love and compassion.
Jerome Foster II is an environmental justice activist and social entrepreneur. At 18, he made history becoming the youngest person ever to advise the White House by joining the White House Environmental Justice Advisory Council to advise the United States President on how best to advance environmental justice. Jerome founded OneMillionOfUs an non-profit aimed to empower youth to vote in the 2020 Presidential Elections and was a key organizer of the School Strike for Climate Movement, holding weekly climate strikes outside the White House for 80 weeks. Jerome now co-leads WaicUp, using art and civic engagement for social impact. Recognized in the curricula of Cambridge University as a modern historical figure, his journey began at 14 on the DC State Board of Education's Student Advisory Committee and included an internship in congress with Civil Rights Icon Congressman John Lewis at 16. Jerome's work, featured in TIME, Hulu, British Vogue, The Guardian, BBC, Forbes, and The Washington Post, has earned him numerous awards like the United Nations Champion of the Earth Award, Business Insider Climate Action 30, Bloomberg Green Champion, and the Climate Health Equity Visionary Award.
Ralph Rugoff is Director of the Hayward Gallery in London. Since his appointment in 2006, he has curated numerous exhibitions including Psycho Buildings: Artists Take On Architecture, The Painting of Modern Life, and Invisible: Art About the Unseen, 1957-2012. He served as Artistic Director of the 2019 Venice Biennale of Art and curated the 2015 Biennale de Lyon.
Based in San Francisco, Nicole Archibeque has worked in the art world for over fourteen years. She spent five years as the program director for RH Contemporary Art, playing a key role in launching the division, working closely with artists, and selecting artwork for the program. Prior to this, she worked for Berggruen Gallery, in San Francisco, was the director of Honor Fraser Gallery, in Los Angeles, as well as Kantor/Feuer Gallery, also in Los Angeles. She feels lucky to have worked with an incredible roster of influential artists and is passionate about offering exposure to emerging and underrepresented artists through NAVA Contemporary.
Daniel is a multi-disciplinary creative strategist with 10+ years experience, working across environment, culture, lifestyle and technology. Daniel has built audiences for renowned brands with inventive visual storytelling and compelling communication strategies. He serves as creative director for SUGi, where he plays an integral role in inspiring The Rewilding Generation.
