Terms and conditions of the RESTART2024 photography competition:

Members of the Lithuanian Photographers Association, who have the status of artist do not participate in the competition.

The authors, who participated in the contest "Debut '10", "Debut '12","Debut '14", "Debut '16 ", "Debut '18 " Restart2020, 2022 and ended up in the final (i.e., those whose photographs were exhibited in the competition exhibition and printed in catalog) can no longer participate. Those who took part, however, did not end up in the final - they could attend this year, but with other photographs or an updated series.

From 10 to 20 photographs, created no earlier than 2019, can be submitted to the competition (preferred series).

Selection is accepted only in digital format.

The series of photographs must not be shown in exhibitions and not published (individual photographs may be displayed in group exhibitions or published).

Authors, submitting works, assume responsibility that they are the authors of these works. The authors also guarantee that the non-material and property rights of the works submitted belong to the authors themselves.

When submitting or publishing works, the author may be presented as a pseudonym, but with the submission of works for the competition, please indicate the real name. If the author wants to be presented with a pseudonym - specify the name that you want to submit.

The organizers of the competition reserve the right to use the digital versions of the submitted photographs, indicating the author or his/her pseudonym (as desired) in the competition publication or electronic version thereof, to exhibit at the exhibition, competitions RESTART advertising, the Lithuanian Photographers Association or the websites of the partners of the competitions by announcing this or other competitions- Exhibitions RESTART for publications related to a competition or exhibition without pay.

In the event of disputes over property and non-property rights with a third party, responsibility is transferred to the submitter of the work.

The submission of works (digital photo) to the competition confirms the consent of the author to these conditions. Works submitted in violation of the conditions and requirements of the tenderer may not be evaluated.
