Join Germany's leading photography magazine, ProfiFoto, for a special group exhibition at GALERIE LA GRANDE VITRINE during the opening week of the 56. Rencontres d`Arles from 7–13 July 2025. Under the theme IMAGES INDOCILES ("Unruly Images") we invite compelling, camera-based works that explore personal, societal, or artistic awareness. Submit your portfolio by 10 May and take your place among international photography enthusiasts and professionals in Arles.

What winners receive

Exhibition Spot: One meter of wall space for your images at GALERIE LA GRANDE VITRINE, 7–13 July 2025.
Professional Printing: All works will be produced by WhiteWall (format 80 cm on the longest edge).
Curatorial Expertise: ProfiFoto will arrange the hanging purely on curatorial grounds–ensuring a cohesive, high-quality show.
Festival Exposure: Showcase your work to the festival's international audience of photography lovers and industry insiders.

How to enter

Submission: Send 10 images plus a short statement about yourself and your project.
Shortlist: The editors of ProfiFoto will select the best portfolios.
Final Registration: Nominated photographers receive a first-come, first-served invitation until 40 registrations are confirmed.
File Upload: Once you're on the list of participants, upload your images to WhiteWall for printing.

Judging Criteria

Artistic Quality: Original vision, consistency, and overall impact.
Theme Relevance: How compellingly your images reflect IMAGES INDOCILES ("Unruly Images").

Participation Fee

Cost: 680 EUR per exhibitor for one meter of wall space, including WhiteWall prints and all listed services.
