Artist, Writer

Marwan Kaabour is a graphic designer, artist and writer. His interdisciplinary practice builds pathways between communication and publication design, curation, pedagogy and political activism. Alongside his independent projects, he works with non-profit institutions, companies and individuals in arts and culture sectors. In 2019, Marwan founded Takweer, an online platform and expanding archive of queer narratives in Arab history and popular culture. His debut book, The Queer Arab Glossary, was published in June 2024.

Marwan moved from his hometown Beirut to London in 2011 to pursue a master's degree in Graphic Design from the London College of Communication, before joining renowned design agency Barnbrook. After more than six years of diverse experience with Barnbrook, first as Designer and later as Senior Designer, he founded his own studio in 2020. He is currently based between Beirut and London.

Katy Hundertmark is an Amsterdam-based artist, editor and curator with a special interest in practices that reframe and expand the photographic canon. Previously she worked as Programme Assistant at Stills Centre for Photography (Edinburgh) as well as co-editor of the photography publication Notes – Letters to Photography. She currently works as managing editor of Foam Magazine as well as curator at Foam Museum and writes a Substack newsletter on all things photography and publishing, called Dear Midnight. Through an international approach she aims to create cross-cultural connections and mutual understanding between makers, audiences and institutions worldwide. She has lectured at art schools like for example ECAL (Lausanne), KABK (The Hague) and LABA (Valencia).

Marit Lena Herrmann (based in Vienna/Berlin) is an art historian, researcher, and curator at FOTO ARSENAL WIEN (FAW), with a strong focus on queer and feminist visual practices. They have collaborated and worked on exhibition and publication projects with multiple institutions including the Reinbeckhallen Stiftung – Collection for Contemporary Art in Berlin, Ostkreuz Agency and the renowned publisher Spector Books in Leipzig. They co-led the master class of the Deutsche Börse Photography Foundation alongside Ute Mahler and curated the accompanying exhibition at the Goethe-Institut in Paris. They curated the main exhibition Ein Dorf / A Village for the Academy of Arts (AdK) as part of EMOP 2025 and Michelle Piergoelam. Across the Water in 2026. Currently they are curating on the first solo exhibition of Zanele Muholi. We Are Here in Austria.

Papa De, also known as DeLovie Kwagala, is the first openly non-binary, queer photographer from Kampala, Uganda. Self-taught award winning multi anti disciplinary Artivist and Archivist of African queer histories, currently based in Berlin, their work explores social identity, belonging, displacement, gender and sexuality, insisting on images that refuse to sexualize, fetishize, or stigmatise.
