Terms and Conditions

1. The FUJIFILM Nationwide Photo & Video Walk (NPVW) 2026 is open only to Philippine residents who are at least 18 years old.
2. Registration is required to participate in the event and contest. Participants must attend their selected meet-up location on August 15, 2026.
3. Participants may enter all contest categories for which they are eligible. Only one (1) entry is allowed per category, and all submissions must comply with the respective contest mechanics and eligibility requirements.
4. All entries must be original works captured during the official FUJIFILM Nationwide Photo & Video Walk 2026 and must follow the announced contest theme.
5. Entries must not contain obscene, offensive, defamatory, political, discriminatory, or copyright-infringing content. FUJIFILM Philippines reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these guidelines.
6. By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they are the sole creator and copyright owner of the submitted work and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
7. Participants grant FUJIFILM Philippines a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and promote submitted entries across print, digital, social media, exhibitions, and other marketing or communication materials, with proper credit to the creator whenever possible.
8. Participants are responsible for obtaining the consent of any recognizable individuals appearing in their submitted photos or videos, where applicable. Entries featuring minors (individuals under 18 years of age) are not allowed.
9. Entries must meet all submission requirements, including file format, metadata, and submission deadlines. Incomplete or late submissions will not be accepted.
10. Winners may be required to provide the original image or video files (including RAW files, if requested), proof of identity, and proof of residency for verification before prizes are awarded.
11. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash. FUJIFILM Philippines reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal value if necessary.
12. The decisions of the judges and FUJIFILM Philippines regarding eligibility, judging, and winners are final and binding.
13. FUJIFILM Philippines reserves the right to amend the contest mechanics, Terms and Conditions, event schedule, or prizes, or to suspend or cancel the contest if circumstances beyond its control require it.
14. By participating in the FUJIFILM Nationwide Photo & Video Walk 2026 and submitting an entry, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the official contest mechanics.
