Conditions

• The shortlist will be notified on March 27, 2026

• Participation must be confirmed by March 31, 2026

• The works must be delivered to Darmstadt at the participant's own expense and responsibility by April 20, 2026

• A production cost subsidy of €500 will be granted

• Travel expenses will be subsidized up to a maximum of €200

• Nominees (=shortlist) will be invited from April 24 to April 26, 2026, and accommodated in a hotel in Darmstadt

• The works will only be insured for their replacement value

• Image material for PR purposes must be delivered by April 1, 2026 after the announcement and made available with usage rights for DTdF PR and social media activities
