4.1. Sending of High-Resolution Files (Finalists Only)
If a photograph is selected as a finalist and included in the finalists' exhibition, the Organizer will contact the selected Entrant and request the high-resolution digital file(s) to be submitted within 7 days of being notified. Failure to send the requested files within the stated period may result in disqualification. If such a file cannot be made available, participation in the exhibition cannot be guaranteed.
Photographs must have been taken after January 1, 2022.
Minor edits, such as adjustments to exposure, contrast, colour balance and temperature, conversion to black and white, or cropping, are permitted, provided they do not alter the integrity of the original scene.
