Diego Rodríguez
Diego Rodríguez
Nature Photographer and Conservationist

Born in Mexico City, Diego has developed projects in various sectors, but nature led him to his true purpose. For over 15 years, he has directed Agro-Arterra, a company dedicated to producing ornamental trees and plants, and designing, implementing, and maintaining gardens and outdoor spaces. His vision as a landscape designer has always been tied to sustainability, biodiversity, and the emotional connection between people and the natural environment. He is the co-founder of Refugio Salvaje, a conservation center focused on the rehabilitation, reproduction, and environmental education of Mexican birds of prey, especially the golden eagle—a species that represents more than a national symbol: it embodies the urgency to preserve what remains. Nature photography entered his life as a way to explore and share this connection. Over more than a decade, he has traveled through jungles, mountains, oceans, and deserts, seeking to capture the essence of species and landscapes that remind us of the sacredness of the natural world.
