About

The Images Vevey Book Award is a grant worth 10 000 CHF that supports the creation of a book project which showcases an optimal and original balance between publication format and photographic content. It provides a financial contribution that aims to encourage artists to take risks and to innovate, in order for them to develop a suitable sophisticated publication format for their photography project.

The five-stage process of the Images Vevey Book Award:

1. Applicants fill in an online formular and pay a 30 EUR fee (Application open: 17 January - 17 February)
2. At the end of the first phase, a jury pre-selects 15 projects
3. The nominated artists send a complete file by post (Until 7 April)
4. The Jury selects the winning project (3 May)
5. The winner has a one year to publish a book and present it at Images Vevey biennial in September 2024

Juror information

The final jury is composed of five international personalities from institutional, artistic, curatorial media and editorial world. Composition of the 2023 jury will be announced soon.
