This category recognizes a single photograph that documents how digital connectivity shapes human experience. The image may be candid or posed, spontaneous or observed, and may emerge from daily life or from a defining moment. The submitted image should deepen understanding of both ordinary and significant moments enabled, supported, or sustained through connectivity. This may include moments of care, safety, learning, movement, resilience, collective action, or belonging, across distance, uncertainty, or change. Each participant may submit up to five (5) single images. All the photographs submitted should be truthful. The content of the submitted work must not be digitally manipulated or altered through post-production processing. No AI images are allowed. Only photographs created between 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2025 are eligible. Images submitted in the first edition of the award will not be considered.
