Short bio: Kathy Ryan is a Photo Director, Curator and Artist based in New York. For 37 years she served as Director of Photography at The New York Times Magazine, shaping its visual identity and championing a generation of photographers. In 2025 she received the DGPh’s Dr. Erich Salomon Prize.
Ralph Baiker is a photographer, visual artist and cultural translator — bridging documentary practice and conceptual image-making, analog history and digital futures, commercial ambition and artistic integrity. He serves as Head of the Picture Chapter at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Photographie (DGPh).

Short bio : Thomas Gerwers is Editor-in-Chief of PROFIFOTO and Head of the DGPh’s Chapter for Art, Market and Law. He has been writing on photography and the photographic art market for over two decades.
Claire Ducresson-Boët is an Exhibitions Manager and Curator at Fotografiska Berlin. She holds a PhD in Art History, specializing in the history of photography. Her research focuses on the afterlife of images and the ways in which they persist, reappear, and transform throughout history through processes of circulation, recontextualization, and remediation. Additionally, as a member of the Berlin-based collective analogueNOW, she is actively involved in supporting analog photography through events and community-building initiatives that connect people engaged with analog photographic practices across the city.

Short bio: Wolfgang Zurborn is a photographer based in Cologne and a long-standing member of the DGPh. His own work and editorial practice are known for an attentiveness to the structural intelligence of photographic sequencing.
