1. Entrants warrant:

• to be the sole author and to have ownership of the photographs
• that the submitted portfolio does not infringe third party copyrights or violates privacy rights.
• to have a proficient level of English language. The recipient’s language level will be evaluated during the last stages of the interview with the Head of Jury.
• to have less than 5 years of professional experience as a photographer

False claims and/or failure to convey accurate information will result in the immediate disqualification of the applicant.

2. The Grant is non-transferable. Should the recipient not be available to participate in the yearly course at The Market Photo Workshop, no financial alternatives will be provided, other than the scholarship on offer. The Market Photo Workshop and the Daniele Tamagni Foundation will support the grant recipient in obtaining a student visa. Should the participant’s visa not be granted, no financial alternatives are foreseen

3. Credits, captions and authorial terms exclusively belong to the photographers.

4. For communication, promotion and cultural initiatives, the recipient agrees that the Daniele Tamagni Foundation, with terms of perpetuity and free of rights, is entitled to use the pictures from the Submission (the digital files and their reproduction).
