Terms and conditions - BredaPhoto Festival 2026 Open Call

The Open Call for BredaPhoto Festival has a deadline: 17 October 2025, midnight CEST
No submissions after this deadline will be accepted
Submission is subject to a registration fee of 5 euro
If for some reason you are unable to pay you can take part in the Open Call free of charge after providing proper argumentation via info@bredaphoto.nl
It is not permitted to submit multiple projects
Projects authored by duos or collectives can also be submitted
Decisions of the Jury are final and non-appealable
The Jury will not be obliged to justify their decisions or provide information on the course of deliberations.
When a project is selected for the festival the entrant will be asked to release at least 3 hi-res images of the project for promotional purposes in the run up to and during the festival
Entrant acknowledges that the installed work will be photographed by the organisation on site at the festival for promotional and archival purposes
After the exhibition, the printed material will be available to the artist
By entering the contest, entrant represents, acknowledges and warrants that the submitted work is an original work created solely by the entrant, that the work does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the work
When a project is selected for the festival a contract between the BredaPhoto Festival and the entrant will be drawn up
Copyright over each entry remains the property of its respective entrant
