- The Open Call for BredaPhoto Festival has a deadline: 17 December 2023
- No submissions after this deadline will be accepted
- Submission is free
- It is possible to submit multiple projects that fit with the theme but only one by one
- The decision of the jury is absolute and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into, except to notify the winners
- When a project is selected for the festival the entrant will be asked to release at least 3 hi-res images of the project for promotional purposes in the run up to and during the festival
- Entrant acknowledges that the installed work will be photographed by the organisation on site at the festival for promotional and archival purposes.
- After the exhibition, the printed material will be available to the artist
- By entering the Contest, entrant represents, acknowledges and warrants that the submitted work is an original work created solely by the entrant, that the work does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the work
- When a project is selected for the festival a contract between the BredaPhoto Festival and the entrant will be drawn up
- Copyright over each entry remains the property of its respective entrant
