Article 1 – Organizers

YK LUXEMBOURG S.A.R.L, Société à Responsabilité Limitée subject to Luxembourg Law with a share capital of 1.242.730 €, having its registered office at 2A rue Nicolas Bové L-1253 Luxembourg - Luxembourg, registered with the Commercial Register of Luxembourg under the number B 171 641, represented by M. Nicolas Van Beek.

Blind Magazine SAS, headquartered at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, with french SIRET number 93779916100016, represented by its president Jonas Cuénin.

Article 2 – Purpose

The contest is organized to celebrate the 20th anniversary of YellowKorner and aims to honor photography by creating a special collection around the theme of celebration, joy, festivity, beauty, and love.

Article 3 – Participation

The contest is open to all professional photographers, adults, without geographical restrictions.

Participation is free.

The call for entries is open from April 16 to May 24, 2026.

Article 4 – Participation Terms

Entries must be submitted via the Picter platform at : https://www.picter.com/blind_yellowkorner/letscelebratecontest

Each participant may submit up to 5 (five) photographs.

Each participant must provide:

  • Personal information (first name, last name, date and place of birth, postal address, email, phone number)

  • Artistic background

  • Links (website, social media)

  • Descriptive text about the submitted photograph(s)

  • 1 to 5 photographs per entry (1 entry per participant)

Technical Specifications:

  • Final ready to print file

  • Format: JPG

  • 10 000 pixels on the long edge recommended (6,000 minimum)

  • Color profile: sRGB

  • File name: LastName-FirstName-Title-Place-Date.jpg

Only entries that comply with all the conditions set out in these rules will be considered. In this regard, the Organizers reserve the right to verify the participation conditions for each participant.
According to the Official Contest Rules, the Organizers will determine, at their sole discretion, what constitutes a valid entry.

Article 5 – Compliance with Copyright and Image Rights

The Participant acknowledges having read these rules and agrees to abide by them.
The Participant solemnly declares that they are the author of the submitted work, that they have full rights and authority to enter into this Agreement, and that they hold all necessary licenses, permits, authorizations, third-party rights, including but not limited to any authorization for the use of images of property and/or persons appearing in the Photograph, and property rights (including intellectual property rights).

The Participant guarantees the originality of the Photograph and that it does not borrow from any pre-existing work that could lead to third-party claims, so that the Organizers cannot be held liable in any way by a third party, and their responsibility cannot be called into question during the use of the photograph.

The Participant guarantees that the Photograph does not infringe the rights of third parties and does not contain defamatory content or violate the privacy, honor, or reputation of third parties.
In this regard, the Participant is solely responsible for the photos submitted as part of the LET'S CELEBRATE! contest by YellowKorner x Blind Magazine and guarantees the Organizers against any action or claim that may be brought by any person for violation of their image, privacy, or any other right they may assert.

Article 6 – Selection and Notification of Winners

At the end of the call for entries, 20 photographs will be selected by a panel of experts to form the special collection LET'S CELEBRATE!.

Jury Members:

  • The Photographer and director Shelby Duncan, author of "House of Love"

  • Severine Morel – Director of Editorial and Talent at YellowKorner and Artistic Director of La Hune Gallery

  • Eva Lafferrere – CMO YellowKorner

  • Jonas Cuenin – Director of Blind Magazine

Selection Criteria:

  • Relevance to the contest theme LET'S CELEBRATE!

  • Artistic quality

  • Originality

  • Emotional impact

  • Technical quality

The Jury's decision is final and does not require justification.

Winners will be contacted directly by the Organizers within 7 (seven) days of the jury's decision, via an email confirming their selection.

The Organizers reserve the right to exhibit the photographs in their gallery network and publish them on their digital platforms (website, newsletters, social media, etc.) as well as in their press and public relations activities.

Winners must not disclose their selection in any way before the public announcement of the collection and the public launch of the campaign by the Organizers.

Participants who are not selected as winners will not be notified, and no telephone inquiries regarding the interpretation of these rules, the mechanisms, or the terms of the contest will be answered.

Article 7 – Timeline

  • April 16, 2026: Contest launch

  • May 28, 2026: Contest closes and entry submission ends

  • June 1: Jury deliberation and announcement to the winners within 7 days

  • June 2026: Production

  • July–August 2026: Promotion of LET'S CELEBRATE! by YellowKorner

  • Thursday, September 24, 2026: Exhibition opening at La Hune Paris and launch of the special collection in the YellowKorner gallery network, as well as on the Organizers' digital media.

Article 8 – Prize Description

Each winner will receive:

  • Inclusion of their photograph in the collective exhibition LET'S CELEBRATE! at La Hune Gallery in Paris, from September to October 2026, to celebrate YellowKorner's 20th anniversary

  • Presentation and distribution of their photograph in YellowKorner's international gallery network, subject to acceptance of additional terms that will be sent to the winners in May–June 2026

  • Editorial feature of their photograph in Blind Magazine, with a dedicated article for LET'S CELEBRATE!

  • International visibility through the promotion of the special collection LET'S CELEBRATE! by YellowKorner for its 20th anniversary

  • 1 year of free subscription to Blind Magazine

  • 1 YellowKorner print of their photograph (Artshot 40x50 cm with mat)

  • 20% discount at LabKorner

Prizes are neither exchangeable, refundable, nor transferable.

Article 9 – Rights

Winners guarantee that they are the authors of the submitted works and hold all necessary rights.

Winners' photograph(s) will be displayed in artistic exhibitions, curated by the Contest Jury and organized by the Organizers in various spaces within the Organizers' network, and during the promotion of the collection on their digital platforms (website, newsletters, social media, etc.) as well as in their press and public relations activities.

To this end, winners acknowledge that the Organizers and the Jury may adapt the selected photographs as they deem necessary for technical constraints related to medium, format, and display as part of the Contest promotion.

Further information regarding the terms of these exhibitions (dates, locations, etc.) will be provided to the winners by the Organizers at a later date.

All uses will include a credit to the photographer.

Duration: 1 year

Article 10 – Acceptance

Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

Article 11 – Personal Data

Collected data will be used solely for the purpose of the contest.

In accordance with GDPR, participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

Article 12 – Liability

The Organizers reserve the right to:

  • Modify, postpone, or cancel the contest in the event of force majeure

  • Reject any entry that does not comply with these rules

and cannot be held liable in the event of:

  • Technical issues

  • Data loss

  • Cancellation beyond their control

Article 13 – Disputes

These rules are governed by Luxembourg law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Luxembourg City.
